About the Global Research Spectrum Review (GRSR)

Vision: To showcase African research on the global stage through credible, open, and rigorously peer-reviewed scientific production.

Mission: To promote applied and theoretical research in priority fields such as sustainable development, education, social, technological, and medical sciences, while building a bridge between African researchers and international institutions.

The journal publishes original contributions from academics, researchers, doctoral candidates, and professionals, grounded in methodological rigor, innovation, and scientific ethics.

Scope and Fields

Access and Copyright

The GRSR adopts a Gold Open Access model. All published articles are freely accessible online under the Creative Commons CC BY 4.0 license, ensuring dissemination, citation, and ethical reuse. Authors retain their copyright, while reading revenues contribute to platform funding and symbolic remuneration for contributors.

Ethics and Scientific Integrity

The GRSR fully adheres to the principles of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE). The following behaviors are strictly prohibited: plagiarism, data falsification, ghost authorship, and simultaneous submissions. Any violation results in immediate rejection and permanent exclusion. All manuscripts are checked using Crossref Similarity Check (iThenticate) with a total similarity rate ≤15% and ≤3% per source.

Editorial Process

The journal applies a double-blind peer review process. The average duration is 8 to 12 weeks. Each author receives a permanent DOI, a free electronic copy, an official certificate, and a share of reading revenues. Printed copies are available upon request.

Indexing and Preservation

The GRSR ensures international visibility through Google Scholar, Crossref, DOAJ, and other databases. Articles are archived via PKP LOCKSS, the Internet Archive, and the GRSR institutional repository. Authors may deposit preprints, postprints, and the final PDF version under the CC BY 4.0 license.
